As a child, I lived in a very unpredictable and chaotic environment where I never knew if I could rely on my parents to meet my emotional needs. This led me to absorb unhealthy relationship ideas based on what I was witnessing: I believed relationships were supposed to be unbalanced, uncertain, and overall chaotic. If you have an insecure attachment style, you probably relate to my experience, and navigating relationships can be particularly difficult for you.
Prior to becoming a Certified Attachment Practitioner, I was an Executive Leader, University Lecturer and published author, having obtained my Masters' Degree in 2006. I have spent my entire career (25+ years) working with adults in the realm of personal growth and professional development.

I've spent a lifetime in therapy, feeling fragmented and lacking meaning, but it wasn’t until I found attachment theory for my Fearful Avoidant (FA) attachment style that I felt true transformation! My first goal was to work on my anxious style in romantic relationships, and as I gained a deep sense of security—first being single, then within a secure relationship—I reconnected with my true self, my true purpose and my true love of myself.
Integrated Attachment Theory™ helped me hold fast to daily practices that guide my healing through creative self-expression, spiritual connection with nature and Ashtanga Yoga. I work with all attachment styles as this allows me to offer great insight into the relationship dynamics between various styles (and personally I have experience being all four different styles!).
I hold degrees in Pscyhobiology, Neuroscience and Biocultural Medical Anthropology (PhD), and have more than 20 years of coaching experience in the field of mental health and wellbeing, while teaching, researching and leading teams in universities and mental health services.

I've always been intrigued by helping others and seeing miracles take place! Like they say, "If there's a will, there's a way." The will for me was the burning desire to find answers. The way was finding Integrated Attachment Theory, and I believe it can be that for you too!
Prior to my work in attachment styles (IAT), I worked a manager

Prior to my work in attachment styles (IAT), I worked a managerial position for a private dental practice, which I loved! Although I enjoyed office work, I realized my true passion is in working one-on-one with clients teaching personal development skills to help people flourish in their relationships.
I grew up within the context of a highly chaotic childhood, and I identified as a Fearful Avoidant (FA), until I invested in my self to challenge my core beliefs and become secure. My values include trust and authenticity in relationships, sprinkled with the ability to be open to change. I’ve had an exciting journey so far and am blessed to now be able to share my knowledge with others and create important change!

I used to believe relationships were like a rollercoaster—unpredictable highs and sudden lows, never truly stable. I’ve been where you are—waking up feeling trapped by your own thoughts, stuck in repeated behaviors despite your best efforts to change, and wrestling with recurring relationship anxiety.
Whether it’s managing anxious thought
I used to believe relationships were like a rollercoaster—unpredictable highs and sudden lows, never truly stable. I’ve been where you are—waking up feeling trapped by your own thoughts, stuck in repeated behaviors despite your best efforts to change, and wrestling with recurring relationship anxiety.
Whether it’s managing anxious thoughts, seeking a stable sense of self-worth, overcoming feelings of isolation, breaking free from stagnant patterns, or transforming disempowering habits, know that your attachment style does not define you.
My journey of self-discovery spans over a decade of workshops, courses, and certifications in Hypnotherapy, NLP, Emotion Code, and Integrated Attachment Theory, among others. These have been instrumental in my approach to helping clients.
Currently, I am completing my 200-hour certification in Psychedelic Yoga and furthering my studies in Somatic Attachment Theory and ICF. Before I became a practitioner, I spent 20 years as a stylist and business owner, earning the nickname "beauty therapist." I'm passionate about sharing the keys to lasting change!
