Next cohort starting November 19!
This group workshop will help identify the specific areas you need to work on to build a secure romantic relationship and equip you with transformational tools you can apply in your daily life to feel more securely loved by yourself and by your partner. This program is for you if you are thinking about starting dating, already dating or in a relationship.
Registration is currently open for the next cohorts starting Tuesday, November 19. Choose either 1:00 pm EST or 7:00 pm EST as your preferred group. Space is limited. Workshops will run for 4 consecutive weeks on Tuesdays (at your chosen time) using the same Zoom link received upon booking. Each session is an hour. Please mark your calendar to attend sessions on Nov.19, Nov.26, Dec.3, and Dec.10.
WEEK 1: Your attachment style in relationships
Learning outcomes: Get to know your group, understand how attachment theory and attachment styles relate to your relationships

Learning outcomes: Understand the subconscious mind, identify core wounds, learn how to equilibrate core wounds, develop self-esteem

WEEK 3: Relate securely to yourself
Learning outcomes: Build a secure relationship with yourself, get to know yourself more intimately and learn how to care for your emotional needs (as a secure parent would have)

Learning outcomes: Understand how secure love is expressed, set goals for how you will become more secure in your relationships
